In March the world as we knew it changed and we settled into the rhythm of 'lock down'. For some, front line workers and essential services, the pace was intensified, the stakes were higher and the turn around of new protocols fast. For many of us the rhythm slowed, we hunkered down with family members, pets or by ourselves and danced one day at a time; navigating our own fears, confusion, creativity, elation, frustration, dreams...
Nothing was ever certain in our world, yet I felt an unwavering momentum in humanity's race to destruction. The 'Corona reset' affirmed that changes will happen, and the modern economic 'machine' is not invincible. Many of us witnessed in our own backyards, the vibrant bird song and Gaia's flourishing. I believe that Mother Gaia has drawn a line in the sand and while nothing feels certain, what is clear in my enlivened body knowing is that there is no returning 'back to normal'.
We have an opportunity to compost old ways, distill what we've learned, integrate wisdom, listen for embodied guidance and consciously create new patterns. In this moment where municipalities, provinces, states and countries are 're-opening' will you take the time to integrate and harvest before moving forward?

During our 2 hour retreat, we'll deepen into our bodies knowing through movement, journalling prompts, guided meditation and small group sharing.
You'll need a journal, a large piece of paper and a dark marker, comfy clothes for moving and any beverage/snack your body might enjoy during our time frame...
